📋 Step-by-Step Booking Instructions
Follow these exact steps after clicking your chosen hotel's booking button above:
On the booking page, navigate to November 2025 and select your check-in and check-out dates.
Important: Your stay must be between 23–30 November 2025
After selecting dates, click the "Apply" button.
Look for the "Special Code" section at the top of the page and follow these steps:
- Click on the "Special Code" tab
- From the dropdown, select "Rate Access/Corporate Code"
- Enter the code: IBASE
- Click "Add" to apply the code
Browse the available room categories with special rates:
- Read room descriptions and check rates
- Click the arrow to view room photos if needed
- Compare different room types
- Select your preferred room by clicking "Select this Rate"
Review your booking details:
- Check the total price and room type
- Verify your dates are correct
- Click "Go to Checkout" to proceed
Fill in all required guest details:
- Full name (as per ID/passport)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Any special requests
Enter your credit card information for guarantee purposes:
- Credit card number, expiry date, and CVV
- Billing address
- Click "Book Now" to complete your reservation
⚠️ Important Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 72 hours before your arrival date with no charge
- Late Cancellation: Cancelling within 72 hours of arrival will result in a one night room charge
- No-Show: Failing to show up will result in a one night room charge to your credit card
